Kandy
Hirsch, Vice President of Management by Design is a licensed
Mental Health Counselor, a Professional Mediator and Certified Professional Coach. Kandy
brings the best of coaching, counseling, mediation and a broad range of
therapeutic modalities to bear to increase the effectiveness,
fulfillment and leadership of business professionals and others.
We offer executive, business and life coaching, consulting, and
training for businesses, non-profits, governments and
individuals.
For clients so inclined we overlay these traditional
services with ideas derived from the worlds' great spiritual
traditions that explain how
and why we encounter certain people, events, opportunities and
challenges in our professional and personal lives.
