Kandy Hirsch is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Professional Mediator and Life and Business Coach in private practice in Arizona. A Certified Hypnotherapist licensed in both Arizona and Washington, she recently completed an employment contract at Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa in Tucson as a behavioral therapist.

Combining techniques from psychotherapy, coaching and hypnotherapy Ms. Hirsch helps clients achieve results in the areas of performance enhancement; overcoming trauma and obstacles; managing work and life transitions; business and personal relationship management; grief and loss; and habit management and change. As a professional mediator, Kandy volunteers her time with the Office of the Arizona Attorney General mediating disputes involving workplace claims, victim-offender cases and more.

Prior to moving to Tucson Ms. Hirsch maintained a private psychotherapy practice in Olympia WA. While there she also served as a contract therapist for the Monarch Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center and a volunteer for the Thurston County Crisis Clinic, a one-stop referral center for adults and families in crisis.

Ms. Hirsch has enjoyed many business successes in her varied background. As a massage therapist and entrepreneur she secured and managed the contract for massage at Marriott International Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Concurrently she opened and managed the “Massage Shoppe,” a seated massage concession in Baltimore Washington International Airport where she oversaw the work of 15 contracted massage practitioners.

Ms. Hirsch holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Martin’s University in Olympia, WA. She is a coach trained by the College of Executive Coaching; the only post-graduate coach’s training in the United States. She holds certifications as a Sexual Assault Victim’s Counselor and as an Ericsonian Hypnotherapist.
